The Amazon Rainforest is one of the world's greatest treasures and with its incredibly diversity we as a global community cannot lose this important natural resource. Unfortunately humans have managed to make a significant negative impact on this land as my blog explores. Yet, all hope is not lost and with awareness and change stemming from that awareness we can keep the Amazon intact for future generations.
This is a very interesting and broad topic! There are some good facts in here and a strong outline of topics. I think it could benefit from some pictures and graphs. Also, something interesting about Brazil is that it has recently dramatically reduced deforestation through rigorous policy and local empowerment--it might be interesting to explore this since it is one of the few successes in deforestation!
